Connect with Future Talent at VIU's 2025 Career Fair

Kick off the academic year by showcasing your organization at Vancouver Island University's annual Fall Career Fair. A dynamic, high-energy event designed to connect you with bright, motivated students and alumni from all VIU programs.

Held early in the fall semester, when student engagement is at its peak, this fair is your opportunity to:

• Promote current and upcoming job or volunteer openings
• Build brand awareness with future grads
• Start meaningful conversations that can lead to co-op placements, internships, or long-term hires

Whether you're looking to fill part-time roles or identify future talent for your workforce pipeline, the VIU Fall Career Fair is the perfect platform to meet hundreds of students in one place.

What's Included with Registration:

• One 6-ft exhibitor table and two chairs in our campus gymnasium
• Space for a stand-up banner and other promotional materials
• Lunch and refreshments for two representatives from your organization
• Complimentary parking - reserved lot

Bringing a larger team? Additional catering can be added for a fee.

This event is open not only to VIU students and alumni, but also to the public - giving your organization broader exposure to local talent.

Event Schedule:

• 11 am - Exhibitor setup begins
• 12 pm - Lunch + networking with fellow employers and VIU staff and faculty
• 1 pm - Doors open to students, alumni, and the public
• 5 pm - Event ends and teardown begins
